Term Definition
Beebies

My second daughter Arwen is almost 26 months and is still breastfeeding.

She often asks and looks for "beebies" herself: "beepies, yep? yep, beeeebies!" She often gets on my lap, pulls up my shirt, looks for one side, and then later looks for the other side all by herself: "more beebies?!". Sometimes during the feeding, we ask her: "let's go to the garden!" or "let's watch TV" to which she often shakes her head giving a clear No answer! When asked "how about beebies?" her face would lighten up and she would smile happily. If we stop her, she would cry "mymmy, mine!".

Her very own language "beebies" save us from getting embarrassed in public sometimes.
